Responsibilities:
- Daily staff mobilization for engagement.
- Staff attendance and movement management.
- General office administration and ensure smooth running of the office.
- Logistics preparation for training, retreat, seminars and workshops.
- Manage and ensure all office vehicle’s documentations are up to date
- Management of office supplies and stationeries; restock when necessary.
- Communications (fax, calls, e-mails, letters, etc.).
- Supervising the company drivers & dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Travel booking and arrangement for staff going out of station.
- Client and visitor management.
- Manage and ensure all Pool Cars are ready for daily usage.
- Management of Fueling of Office & Guest House generator and pool cars.
- Source and negotiate with Vendors on their service charge as the need arises.
- Payment of Electricity bills for Office & Guest House.
Requirements:
- First Degree in any related discipline
- 1-3 years cognate experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft suites
- Negotiation and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask
