Definitions
Each of the terms mentioned below have in these Conditions of Sale universerjob Service (hereinafter the "Conditions") the following meanings:
Announcement : refers to all the elements and data (visual, textual, sound, photographs, drawings), presented by an Advertiser editorial under his sole responsibility, in order to broadcast on the Website and Mobile Site.
Advertiser : means any natural or legal person, a major, establishment, holds an account and having submitted an announcement, from it, on the Website. Any Advertiser must be connected to the Personal Account for deposit and or manage its ads. Ad first deposit automatically entails the establishment of a Personal Account to the Advertiser.
Personal Account : refers to the free space than any Advertiser must create and which it should connect from the Website to disseminate, manage and view its ads.
BetaJob : means the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site.
Customer Service : universerjob means the department to which the Advertiser may obtain further information. This service can be contacted via email by clicking the link on the Website and Mobile Site.
Universerjob Service : universerjob means the services made available to Users and Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.
Website : means the website operated by BetaJob accessed mainly from the URL https://www.universerjob.com. and allowing Users and Advertisers to access the Service via internet universerjob.
Mobile Site : is the mobile site operated by Universerjob accessible from the URL https://www.universerjob.com and allowing Users and Advertisers to access via their mobile phone service {universerjob}.
User : any visitor with access to Universerjob Service via the Website and Mobile Site and Consultant Service BetaJob accessible from different media.
Subject
These Terms and Conditions Of Use establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by an Advertiser connected to its Personal Account from the Website and Mobile Site.
Acceptance
Any use of the website by an Advertiser is full acceptance of the current Terms.
Responsibility
Responsibility for universerjob can not be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of due control, either because of the Advertiser, or a case of major force.
Modification of these terms
Universerjob reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions.
Advertisers are advised to consult the Terms to be aware of the changes.
Miscellaneous
If part of the Terms should be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the provisions in question would be deemed unwritten, without questioning the validity of the remaining provisions will continue to apply between Advertisers and universerjob.
Any complaints should be addressed to Customer Service universerjob.
Application
We do not in any way guarantee you get the jobs will send to you. The company recruiting has the final say.
Our Site contains information from third parties (Advertisers/Employers/Job Seekers), we do not guarantee you the authenticity of the information published on our site.
We do not bear responsibility any of the jobs/information published on our site or through any third party via any means.
We do not guarantee you a specific number alerts/information per month. Information/Alerts are published/sent based on availiablilty of Jobs.
We are not responsible for any message undelivered due to unavailiability of network service by your provider or whatsoever reason.
This is an informational service and we don't guarantee you 100% aunthenticity of vacancies or user information.
You have the right to redistribute the service (alerts) we send to you.
We reserve the right to terminate this service at any time with or without notification to the Client
We do not in anyway certify that users of this service are authentic and not responsible for any fraud that may arise from information got from this service.
Our service may include external links, we do not in anyway endorse or bear any responsibility to any of the links or information from these links.
We do not delete job postings placed on the website after expiry. We only disable the application process.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the service nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the Service.
We shall not be liable for any claim arising from vacancies by any employer, information on our site, loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the Service through us or through any of our partners. Any liability of the Company shall in any event be limited to the fees paid by the Client directly to us in the year/month in which the event of default arises.
Nothing herein shall limit either party's liability for death or personal injury arising from the proven negligence by itself or its employees or agents.
The Client shall fully indemnify us against any liability to third parties arising out of the Client's use of the service.
We are not responsible or liable to the Client for any loss or damage suffered by the client as a result of usage direct or indirect of the services provided by us.
