JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Carry out various maintenance on all work equipment such as Lavatory cart, waterhose engine, generators and pumping machine.
  • Check and make sure all work equipment are in proper shape for use both at the office and tarmac.
  • Oversee and manage the day to day activities of workers at the tarmac.
  • Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.
  • Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staffs to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS

  • OND/HND in Mechanical field
  • Technical knowledge in repairs of Lavatory carts and water hose engine, pumping machines, generators
  • Proven work experience as operations person
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Leadership and organizational skills
