Job Description
- Help customers with complaints and questions.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Manage incoming calls.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a minimum of OND in any relevant course of study.
- Candidate must be female
- Candidate must reside along Lekki axis.
