Description
- The Institution hereby invites competent office staff to support officials in our Secretariat. They will be the ones to organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
- They must be competent professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their oversight responsibilities without worrying for other tasks.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential secretariat documents.
- Attend to member on membership issues.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Maintains institution’s calendar and schedule appointments.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Be a graduate with good honours Degree in any of the Social Sciences/Humanities with at least two (2) years’ experience.
- Candidates must have similar experience at a reputable organization at least five (2) years.
- Proven competency in planning. organizing and implementing operational activities.
- Be Information and Communication Technology (ICT) compliant and Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including a high level of professional maturity is required.

Responsibilities/Duties- He/She is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Institution and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the secretariat.
- He/She sets and executes the Institution’s strategic direction and priorities.
- He/She is also responsible for keeping all the records of the institution on the instructions and directives of the Executives.
Qualifications/ Requirements- Be a graduate with good honors Degree in any of the Social Sciences/Humanities (or a Master's Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning), BSc / Tech in Surveying Possessing of an MBA is an advantage,
- Candidates must have similar experience at a reputable organization at least ten (10) years cognate experience.
- Evidence of strong administrative leadership, initiative and creativity in policy formulation. institutional relations and positive managerial attributes.
- Evidence of Membership of reputable professional body(ies) in Nigeria;
- Be information and communication Technology (ICT) compliant and must command respect and enjoy the confidence of colleagues.

Responsibilities/Duties- Responsible for day to day running and update of Institution’s website, promoting its capacities and services while maintaining the online databases.
- Install and configure relevant network components to ensure database access as well as database consistency and integrity.
- Use database management system software and tools to investigate problems and collect performance statistics and create reports.
- Provides Database Management Support for Information dissemination and Capacity Planning Management.
- Creative Backup and Recovety System while ensuring that adequate backup of data is taken and readily available for recoveiy and restoration.
- Ensure proper documentation of database infrastructure processes and procedures in the secretariat.
- Ensure all Changes to the Configuration of databases follow strictly management process.
Qualifications/ Requirements- HND/ First Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related discipline Professional IT qualification.
- Minimum experience: 2 - 5 years relevant experience in the office management.
