Job Title: Group Head - Business Development

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Provides high-quality sales by responding to clients enquires and acts as a liaison between clients and the company.
  • Acts as a consultant by offering sales advisory while meeting customers need and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of possible business models and ideas.
  • Analysis of the potential of business ideas.
  • Monitoring of the market situation.
  • Competition monitoring.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and seeking out new opportunities on the market.
  • Identification of strategic targets and market niches.
  • Market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Development of new business fields.
  • Creating and developing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Building relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with current clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and current business partners.
  • Working closely with other managers and departments.
  • Monitoring of long-term projects.
  • Contract negotiations and concluding contracts.
  • Strategic advice and support of partners proactive development of appropriate solutions.
  • Strategic and operational development of existing activities.
  • Manages P&L, Revenue, and Income target of the Business Development department.

Education and Experience

  • First Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or Finance
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of work experience
  • Strong work ethics
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Social media platforms
  • Professional membership in notable associations
  • An MBA from a reputable institution would be desirable and an added advantage
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, data analysis and proven leadership skills.

  • Arrange a meeting for prospective clients with the top management of your company
  • Continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients’ engagements
  • Ability to use MS Excel for contact generation and deal cycle tracking
  • Purchase contacts from aggregators or search individually via job networking platforms
  • Knowledge of research and strategy
  • Working knowledge of CRM.
  • Knowledge of sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning.

Salary

  • N120,000 - N170,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The individual will need to execute the overall B2B abd B2C sales strategy and sales management in order to expand the customer base in the market.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Advertising or a related field is required.
  • Should have at 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of Preforms & Closures
  • Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
  • Must be self-motivated, confident, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

Job Title: Sales Officer (B2B)

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Department: Sales (Preforms & Closures)

Job Description

  • The individual is expected to provide support towards the achievement of sales growth and profitability in driving new business in line with company vision and values.
  • The individual will need to execute the overall B2B sales strategy and sales management in order to expand the customer base in the market.

Qualifications, Desired Skills and Experience
