Are you working up to 72hours per week with little income ?

Most employees of nowaday pretend to be happy with there present jobs, whereas reverse is the case. Some didn't even have priority on there mode of leaving,  due to one or two reasons.
Most employees decided to remain at there present job, because they don't have option.
But they have the knowledge of these in there mind that they are wasting there time.
That reminds me of a quote that says " if you are willing to change your thinking,  you can change your feelings, you can change your actions. Changing your actions is left to you"
You have to take action if you want to quit,  forget about the risk, (risk is constant). The fear of where will i get another job ?

Note these four things:

* Poor thinking produces negative progress.
* Average thinking produces no progress.
* Good thinking produces some progress.
* Great thinking produces great progress.

Yet, one of the reasons employees don't achieve their dreams is that they desire to change their job without fully preparation of what next ?
But that's never going to work, you don't just go into conclusion. Another problem is that the world keeps getting more and more complicated. Does that discourage you? It doesn't have to. Some years back, I came across a quote that made a tremendous impression on me. It said,  I am your constant companion. I am your greatest helper or heaviest burden. I will push you onward or drag you downward to failure. I am completely at your command.
Every employee has  the potential to become self independent but it depends on how ready you are to overcome your old ways.
 WHICH OF THIS CATEGORY YOU BELONG TO :

1. unsuccessful people focus their thinking on survival
2. Average people focus their thinking on maintenance
3. Successful people focus their thinking on progress.

Sucess comes to those who habitually do things that unsuccessful people don't do. Achievement comes from the habit of planning ahead. The more you engage in planning ahead, the more good results you will continue getting.

 ADVICE TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL AND INDEPENDENT EMPLOYEE:

As i start putting these write up together,  I gather successful people experience to know way out of difficulty and challenges of an employee.

1. Don't be afraid to fail.

Unless you're not trying at all, you will almost certainly fail, maybe more than once. The important thing is to learn how to take responsibility for your failures, extract their lessons, and change directions while still moving forward.

2. Have a compelling vision.

When a crisis hits--and it will--having a vision and knowing that people are aligned with that vision keep things in check. If you are trusted as a leader, you'll be perceived as someone who can bring people through and keep things on track instead of falling apart.

3. Polish your people skills.

Great leaders have great interpersonal skills. They care for their people. As a leader, you need to know how to listen quietly and hear what people are really saying, by asking questions and being open to the truth. When challenges come, it's especially important to open up and show you care.

4. Motivate yourself.

Your commitment is a model for others. If people can see that you are working hard toward attaining a goal, they will join you. Learn to tap into the motivation that gives you energy and passion, so in turn you can inspire others through difficult times.

5. Inspire others.

Inspiration is empowering; when you inspire people, you also give them a sense of purpose. When you lead by example and people feel inspired by who you are, it empowers them to be more effective and productive.

6. Find a true mentor.

When times are challenging, find someone who has been there before, learned his or her lessons, and is willing to guide you along the way. A good mentor should have the experience you want to gain, and should also have a sincere desire to the help you along the way. Mentoring has to be genuine and positive to be truly meaningful.

7. Take care of yourself.

The best leaders take care of others, especially in challenging times. But if you neglect yourself you will soon be overwhelmed by pressure. Do what you need to do to keep yourself sharp and healthy, and remind yourself often that what you do is valuable.
No matter what the current economic, political, and social realities are, the challenge for leaders today is to define themselves, to identify a vision and set goals, and to acquire the leadership skills to handle a wide range of everyday challscammers
