Front Desk & Admin Executive

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Industry: IT Management & Consulting

Responsibilities:
  • Daily staff mobilization for engagement.
  • Staff attendance and movement management.
  • General office administration and ensure smooth running of the office.
  • Logistics preparation for training, retreat, seminars and workshops.
  • Manage and ensure all office vehicle’s documentations are up to date
  • Management of office supplies and stationeries; restock when necessary.
  • Communications (fax, calls, e-mails, letters, etc.).
  • Supervising the company drivers & dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Travel booking and arrangement for staff going out of station.
  • Client and visitor management.
  • Manage and ensure all Pool Cars are ready for daily usage.
  • Management of Fueling of Office & Guest House generator and pool cars.
  • Source and negotiate with Vendors on their service charge as the need arises.
  • Payment of Electricity bills for Office & Guest House.
Requirements:
  • First Degree in any related discipline
  • 1-3 years cognate experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suites
  • Negotiation and Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to multitask
