Job Description
  • Help customers with complaints and questions.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Manage incoming calls.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of OND in any relevant course of study.
  • Candidate must be female
  • Candidate must reside along Lekki axis.
