Job Description
  • The Front Desk /Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling front office reception and customer service duties, including greeting patients warmly, registering them, making appointments, handling inquiries, verifying insurance and collecting payments, placing and picking up orders, scheduling and maintaining clients records. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and must be attentive to detail with a friendly disposition.
Requirements
  • BSc/HND in a relevant discipline
  • Good writing, oral and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in the use of computer and other digital applications
  • One year work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be resident in Surulere or its environs
