  • Description
    • The Institution hereby invites competent office staff to support officials in our Secretariat. They will be the ones to organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
    • They must be competent professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their oversight responsibilities without worrying for other tasks.
    Responsibilities/Duties
    • He/She is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Institution and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the secretariat.
    • He/She sets and executes the Institution’s strategic direction and priorities.
    • He/She is also responsible for keeping all the records of the institution on the instructions and directives of the Executives.
    Qualifications/ Requirements
    • Be a graduate with good honors Degree in any of the Social Sciences/Humanities (or a Master's Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning), BSc / Tech in Surveying Possessing of an MBA is an advantage,
    • Candidates must have similar experience at a reputable organization at least ten (10) years cognate experience.
    • Evidence of strong administrative leadership, initiative and creativity in policy formulation. institutional relations and positive managerial attributes.
    • Evidence of Membership of reputable professional body(ies) in Nigeria;
    • Be information and communication Technology (ICT) compliant and must command respect and enjoy the confidence of colleagues.
    • Be objective, fair minded, impartial and of proven integrity: and
    • The successful applicant must not exceed forty (40) years of age at the time of assumption of duty.
