    • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels

    • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
    • Demonstrated ability to development and execute sales and marketing strategies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools

    • We are currently seeking to hire a Front Desk Officer/ Receptionist. Such person would be responsible for making customers feel comfortable and valued. The successful candidate would ensure complaints are addressed timely and also give accurate information to the customers on the company's product.
    Job Description
    • Greet clients and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Monitors the bakery expenses and costs.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies for the bakery.
    • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints.
    • Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed for the bakery.
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Accept all letters and packages for the bakery.
    • Monitor, organize and forward emails when necessary.
    • Track and order bakery equipment and supplies.
    • Maintain records and files.
    • Oversee the bakery budget.
    Requirements
    • At least HND or B.sc in relevant field.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
    • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office suites.
    • Excellent problem resolution skills.
