  • A highly skilled and passionate hospitality staff versatile in both kitchen, Food and Beverage and outdoor catering services.
  Job Expectations
  Applicants should be able to:
  
  • Perform supervisory roles in all the departments.
  • Create record and carry out documentations using computer system.
  • Prepare weekly operations reports for management.
  • Meet and surpass weekly/monthly sales target
  • Develop good marketing and customers retention strategies for the company.
  • Coordinate outdoor catering request and work with the required unit to deliver service within the lead time.
  • Build a robust marketing model for the company.
  • Represent the company in external meetings.
  Qualifications
  
  • BSc/HND in any field of study. Must have not less than 3yrs experience in hospitality industry. Must be computer literate and good with MS Office packages.

  • Prepare weekly reports using the Computer system,
  • Meet and surpass weekly sales target.
  • Discharge some indoor administrative roles.
  • Documentation and record keeping.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  Qualifications
  
  • Applicants preferable HND/BSc any field.
  • Must have administrative experience of not less than 1yr. Must have a sound IT experience
