    Job Description for an Account Officer
    • To manage daily imprest and process re-imbursement (Petty Administration)
    • Preparation of daily payment voucher and upload on payment service provider (PSP)
    • Posting transaction on SAGE300
    • Preparation of statutory remittance such as Paye, VAT, WHT for approval
    • Book-keeping Administration
    • Treasury administration relating to third parties such as payment platform, financial institution
    • Payable Administration scheduling payment plan for bills both local and foreign
    • Any other duties assign by the accountant
    Requirement
    • BSC or HND in Accounting
    • Minimum of 1 year experience
    Key Skills and Competencies
    • Proven experience as account officer or similar position.
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and bookkeeping methods.
    • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SAGE300).
    • Ability to accurately prepare statutory remittance.
    • An analytical mind with strong math skills.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Job Description for an Inventory Officer
    • Carry out periodic store count.  
    • Maintain proper records of items in the stores in both HQ and regional stores.
    • Inventory input and report on weekly basis using inventory software.
    • Asset Management for both HQ and outlets.
    • To alert the procurement Manager when stocks go below already set benchmarks.
    • Issues out items to staff as requests comes in.
    • To receive and inspect all materials ordered for by the Procurement Manager.
    • Reports directly to the Procurement/Facility Manager
    • Carry out any assigned task issued by the HOD.
    • Assists procurement/facility manager in devising new ways to reduce cost and maintain inventory control.
