Job Summary
- This role is responsible for ensuring a hitch free running of the retail stations in line with the safety standards and approved budget
- Opens the station daily and ensures it is fit to run for the day, as well as securing it when activities are closed

- Executes the front-line coordination of the sales activities of the pump attendants

- The Manager LPG Sales is responsible for developing and executing plans to meet the target for the Sales, marketing and distribution of LPG.

- Initiate a systematic addition of LPG cylinders into the system to match the expected expansion and volume sales.

- Actively identify and initiate new/additional products development initiatives for various target consumer market.
- Work actively with the marketing communications to create product awareness and lead marketing promotion programs to increase margins and market share for LPG.
- Assist the SBU’s to recruit, build and sustain a long term client relationship that assures a sustainable patronage for these products
- First Degree from a reputable University
- Minimum of 8 years post-graduation relevant experience, 4 of which must be in a supervisory capacity working with the sales team in a reputable organization.
