- The Front Desk Officer is required to sit at the company's front office overseeing a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.

Responsibilities

- Ensure Tendering documents are properly aligned with client requirements including bills of quantities considering the drawings and specifications
- Actively participate in business development and business development support

- Optimize assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets etc. tied to the contract and maintenance.
