- Ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications.
- Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders.
- Ensure that all direct staff comply with the company's Health and Safety procedures
- Second Class Upper Degree in Chemical / Polymer Engineering
- Must have 2-4 years experience
- Ability to create and follow schedules
- Organization skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices required.
