Description

  • Vanstira Limited requires a Content Creator for her Client (A Tech Firm) for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities.
  • The successful candidate must be a people person, creative, consummate and credible professional.

Main Duties of the Post

  • Creating marketable and customer attracting Adds.
  • Research on and follow marketing trends to attract customer engagement
  • Promote content on Social Media and monitor engagements.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
  • Any other thing assigned by the organization in line with the role.

Job Title: Driver

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Responsible To: Human Resources

Job Summary

  • We require a Driver to undertake Logistics Responsibilities for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities.
  • The successful candidate must be a responsible, neat, consummate and credible professional.

Main Duties of the Post

  • To transport staff to official meetings and activities.
  • To deliver official parcels or letters to partner or other offices.
  • To ensure that official vehicles and accessories/tools are clean, safe and in good working condition at all time.
  • To carry out vehicle inspections before and after official journeys in order to detect defects which must be reported for immediate repair.
  • To perform minor repairs and daily maintenance of vehicles
  • To maintain a log-book to record details of all trips made and fuel consumption and report records.
  • To ensure safe custody of the vehicles after office hours.

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Minimum of an O'Level Certificate of Secondary Education
  • Clean Class C Driving License
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience
  • Ability be able to speak, read and write in English.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to respond to conversations in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel interstate to various location throughout Nigeria.

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Locations: Abuja & Lagos

Job Summary

  • We requires a Business Development officer for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional marketing our products and services to major brands and blue-chip companies.
  • The role is suited to people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

Main Duties

  • You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for VANSTIRA to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year.
  • Presenting VANSTIRA to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all service opportunities to VANSTIRA are captured and explored.
  • You will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self- manage; however, you will be part of a growing team of people with the same job title.
  • As a representative of VANSTIRA at industry events and tradeshows, your
  • professional manner and polished appearance will aid your intention of gaining new business leads and contacts.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following VANSTIRA procedure.
  • A thorough understanding of clients marketing objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives.
  • Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Keeping abreast of issues affecting consulting firms with same core business focus and collecting competitor intelligence.

Job Description

  • We require a Project Associate to provide vital assistance to project managers. This position is for a highly-organized, dynamic professional who will work on projects relating to the core businesses of VANSTIRA.
  • As a Project Associate, you will be expected to perform routine administrative duties that will be inextricably tied to the success of the project you are working on. Driving everything forward, from planning to implementation, your actions will directly influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project.
  • Every project is different, and therefore your duties will change accordingly. However, for the most part, you will be responsible for monitoring project schedules and carrying out specific project functions and liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible to: The Branch Manager, Project Manager

  • A Degree Holder in social sciences or any related field with a minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Project Management Certification will be an added advantage
